1. Who is speaking in these verses?
Abraham, Sarah, three visitors, the LORD.
2. Do I have questions about this passage? Are there things I don't understand?
The "three men" part seems weird. What was the purpose of them being there if God was going to talk to Abraham?
3. What seems to be the primary purpose of the prayer?
To ask God to show mercy to Sodom.
4. Do any of these verses apply to a situation I am facing in my own life right now?
YES! I am totally struggling with believing that God can do what He said He would do. I am lacking faith - and I'm not even CLOSE to how old Sarah was at this time! God can do what He says He will do...is anything too hard for Him?
5. After reading these verses, do I feel like God wants me to do something (i.e. thank Him for something, confess a sin, pray for someone else, memorize one of these verses, do something, etc.)? What is it?
Remember that nothing is too hard for God!!
6. Did I learn something? What did I learn about God, prayer, or anything else by reading this passage?
God is faithful to do what he says He will do. He is also merciful.
