Who is speaking in these verses?
David, Nathan, God
Do I have questions about the passage?
No
What seems to be the primary purpose of the prayer?
David is responding to God and praising Him for being so merciful to him and his family be exalting them.
Do any of these verses apply to a situation I am facing in my own life right now?
"For the sake of your word and according to your will, you have done this great thing and made it known to your servant." I love this because I forget sometimes what motivates God. God's glory motivates Him (and should motivate me), not money, time, energy or my willingness!
After reading these verses, do I feel like God wants me to do something?
Trust Him!!
Did I learn something?
I was reminded about God's plan for my life and that it doesn't always have to make sense to be a part of His plan!
